In simple terms I read somewhere some time ago, the skills of knowledge describe the different aspects of project management that the project manager must know. With the changes to the PMBOK Guide, it’s worth asking: Will this change affect the PMP exam?
Of course, the answer to this question is: Yes! The PMP exam will change due to the new PMBOK guide.
So, PMI announced on its website that the PMP exam will be effective from March 26, 2018. If you want to take the PMBOK 5th exam, plan on or before March 26, 2018.
In closing, here’s a quick summary of what’s new in the Project Management Book (PMBOK), 6th edition. Again, many changes have been made to the tools and methods of each task. A detailed study of these parameters will further improve our understanding of these changes.

That’s a lot of knowledge! Each area represents a specific area, including jargon, tools, ideas, and functions. In other words, you need to know about each of them in order to manage the project effectively.
Depending on the project, you will need to know more or less about each – for example, a small project to delete the number 9 may not require you to buy anything. However, you must answer the questions on each one to get the PMP® certification.
Plan to study one lesson a week while you prepare for the exam. Study in one place next to all your study materials.

This may be an added benefit, but it is not the real reason. The real reason is that many companies use more of these components. The general consensus (or we can call it project management best practice) is that you need to be able to work in these areas for your project to survive. Fields of knowledge are simple ways of combining ideas with practical methods. They cover the main points or areas of expertise that the project manager must perform to complete the project.
Remember that the top ten list is not unique. You may need to use any other skills, such as leadership or negotiation, to complete the project. However, for most people, knowing the areas covered in the PMBOK® book will be sufficient. The knowledge base gives you a great foundation to draw from.

These methods help you identify a new piece of work—an entirely new project or step you’re about to tackle. They assure you that you have the right to continue.
The 49 Project Management Processes Within 5 Domains
These processes help to set goals and define where work needs to be done. It also includes all the work related to planning and scheduling the work. Also, they can cover the entire project or phase you are working on. Or you can finish one class and prepare for the next class.
You create these processes when you perform project tasks. This is the “delivery” part of project management, where the main activities are done and you make the products.
These processes help you track, evaluate and report on the work being done. It also includes what happens when we find that the project is not going according to the agreed plan, so the management changes in the project team. Manage these processes with the management team (mainly, but also with other teams) so that you can track their progress.
Finally, these processes allow all the work of other groups to be completed when the project or phase is completed.
Process Groups Are Not Phases
It would be best if your project went through each group in order, line by line. This does not happen in real life. As you can see above, you spend time on each group of activities, and then you can go back to the next level. Monitoring and control has been in place since day 1 – it will get tighter as the project progresses, but it will continue. A private activity can be closed at any time, it is not finished
