The 2005 Minnesota quarter was supposed to feature a peaceful image of fishermen floating on a lake with trees in the background. However, some affected blocks in Philadelphia have multiple trees.
To check for this error on the state quarter, zoom in on your 2005-P Minnesota quarter and look to the right of the Minnesota state outline. If there are several small pieces to the right of the smallest tree, you have one of these fourth errors!
Although not a government quarter, this particular mint quarter error deserves a mention. This 1965 variety SMS Washington quarter has a wide striking name flaw. In short, if you look at the back of your quarter and see a lot of space around the coin, this error may be present.

The 1965 Washington quarter, when it has a large strike error, has a light gray, highly reflective surface on both sides. This quarter may be even more attractive than the standard 1965 SMS Washington quarter.
There may be a small typographical error in the design of the 2004 Denver, Wisconsin quarters. Specifically, these quarters have one extra leaf on the coin side.
Because it’s an aesthetic and interesting mistake, 2004-D Wisconsin StateQuarter coins are actually worth more than average, sometimes selling online for several hundred dollars. The extra sheet of corn stock can be facing down or up; the latter case is called a “high leaf” quarter.
A Wisconsin quarter struck in Denver in 2004 may also have very low leaf error. In this case, the page refers to the corn soup on the back of the coin.

The low-leaf version of this state coin is distinguished by the lack of a “D” mark on this side, indicating that it was minted in Denver. But the “D” must be on the face of the coin.
Its main flaw is that it has a double typo – specifically, the word “Ellington” would have an “Ell” added to it. You might notice double-matrix errors in places like piano keys or Duke Ellington’s hand.
Regardless, this 2009 State Quarter error is very valuable because double-struck errors are extremely rare, with only about a dozen officially certified and graded by independent coin certification companies.
This variation of the Philadelphia Connecticut quarter, first published in 1999, is missing the index finger. In short, the feed fingers usually press the coin plates into place so that the dies strike them properly. If the fingers go astray, they can get jammed, and quarters can get stuck in the fingers or elsewhere in the coin machines.

It appears to be worth more than face value and the coin contains a double die problem that occurred during production. A double die coin is struck twice, resulting in two images appearing on the coin.
While some Minnesota Double Die quarters sell for as little as $20, Gainesville Coins suggests that others sell for $100 when the double die markings are more visible.
The Wisconsin state coin was the 30th agriculture themed coin. The flaw that made this coin quite valuable is between the main left leaf and the cheese wheel. If you have a Wisconsin quarter with an extra high or low leaf between the left leaf of the cornstalk and the wheel of cheese, it may be worth more than the usual $0.25.

While some Wisconsin Extra Leaf quarters recently sold on eBay for $40, others sold for $321. One eBay user was able to raise $549 for his Wisconsin settlement set that included both high and low bedding.
D.C. the dual-state quarter was released in 2009, a year after the US Mint discontinued its 50-state quarter. But it turns out to be quite valuable if you get the right coin. According to the eBay listing, the rare coin has a large doubling of Ellington’s “ELL”, doubling of some piano keys, upper lip plate and Duke Ellington’s thumb.
While these coins usually sell for around $75, as suggested by Gainesville Coins, some eBay users are offering them for $4,295.
