Eating lunch and a healthy breakfast after a workout at the gym makes most days easier for me.

It’s a very simple diet: three eggs or a protein shake for breakfast, then a bowl of chicken, rice, corn and salsa for lunch. He snacks on nuts and fruit, and dinner consists mostly of protein and vegetables. (She also admires her wife’s excellent cooking for preparing so many new and healthy dishes.)

All her friends and family supported her progress and she emerged happier and more confident. “I feel so much lighter and lighter,” she says. “It’s much easier for me to move forward with a baby.
