The bad news: God doesn’t promise to change what’s bothering you. It may not solve the problem or fix things the way you want.
If you pray for Him to change something in your life that is bothering you, He won’t.
“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:9)

God always does what is right, sometimes not what we think is right.
The Anxious Christian: Can God Use Your Anxiety For Good?
If you ask God to change something in your life and you don’t see Him doing it, praise Him anyway. Even if we are confused or don’t understand what He is doing, He deserves all the praise.
Although God has not promised to change the problem or situation that is causing you anxiety, He has promised to change your anxiety.
