*This is a weight loss program for women, especially women who are trying to lose weight. (Men or children need to eat more to lose weight in a healthy way.)
To start, you need a container to store your food. You will need 14 containers for all breakfasts and dinners, if you are eating at home you can use pans or other plates. You will also need 4 small bottles, you can use mugs or glasses with lids. You’ll also need ziplock bags or other small containers for snacks and extras.
If we want to prepare 7 days worth of food in just one hour, we need to prepare and cook the food that takes longer to cook first. So we work through this process and finally watch all the foods come together! Before you start, make sure you preheat the oven to 180 C / 360 F.

How To Meal Prep For The Mediterranean Diet For Beginners — Beyond The Brambleberry
You can choose from an overnight cereal or a morning smoothie. The main thing is that we have different breakfast recipes every morning. Your dinner is ready; You can literally eat them out of the jar with a spoon or serve them in a bowl. What you need, smoothies are all pre-packaged and ready-just throw the finished smoothie into a blender with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water. Or as needed and you’re good to go (and you can keep raw hazelnuts on hand).

For your meal, you have a different combination of fruits and nuts (or another 200 calorie meal of choice) to choose from each day.
For dinner, you’ll have chicken, quinoa and dinner, or salmon, baked potatoes and dinner (or your plant-based alternative, watch the video for details).
Healthy High Protein Meal Prep Recipes
All the food I used lasted a week in the fridge. Make sure you eat it within 7 days and you can freeze dinner and make it again later, but lunch and dinner cereals don’t keep well in the freezer. Also, don’t forget to store smoothie preparations in the freezer.
You can heat your food in a pan or any other way you like, or cool it afloat in your boat. I like to heat my chicken in the pan for a few minutes and then serve! And I like to take my breakfast cereals, lunches and snacks with me to work.
All meals are around 400 calories, and if you follow my guidelines for plant-based and regional options (see video for details), your meals should be around 400 calories each.
