Each recipe was tried and tested (to James’ satisfaction) until it was deemed worthy of multiple printings. The last 12 breakfasts I ate were 1500 calories a day and macros, 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat!

This breakfast is made from my classic protein waffle recipe! It’s basically egg white and protein powder! Simple and fun! I added peanut butter, sugar free syrup and whipped to bring the calories up to 350.

Most mornings I eat an omelette (egg whites plus shredded cheddar). Lately I’ve ditched the cheap shredded cheddar and started using regular ounce by ounce. Much cheaper, but certainly not as convenient!
