If you are new to my site, let me give you a little background. The name Green Thick means it’s a dietary supplement that turns whole foods into green food substitutes for liquids.

How To Make Homemade Meal Replacement Shakes
Green beans are perfect for busy people. If you don’t have time to sit down and eat a proper meal, you’ll have everything you need for a meal at Green Grove. Because they are so filling, I often don’t need to eat between meals and don’t have time to eat. That’s why I don’t have many food recipes on this site.
So let me explain what makes green so powerful. There are 6 ingredients in Green Thick. Main ingredients:

So now that I’ve explained the concept behind the green smoothie, I’ll give you my list of “supplementary” ingredients that make it a great meal supplement.
Each of my recipes serves 2, so all of these fillings need to be added to a smooth batch of 2 servings.

All the fillers in this picture only serve 1. So, take the ingredients listed and add them to the drink. That’s it! Now you’ve made more of your lubricant.

Is It Healthy To Replace A Meal With Just A Shake?
I recommend combining all 6 meal replacement ingredients (green bold) to get everything you need.
Since most green bean recipes serve 2, I increased the amount of filling listed below.
All of the ingredients below make 2 servings. If you’re making a smoothie for 1, use half the amount below.

It only takes a few minutes to make a large batch. If you put a spoon in the blender, you can just add this meal replacement powder to the blender each time you blend. It doesn’t get any easier than that! Get the delicious filling powder recipe here.
All of these fillings have the same calorific value. Each smoothie serves 2 people, so you’ll eat half of each smoothie. This may seem like a lot to you, but remember, this is a meal, not a snack! Some of them are bigger than shakes, although each is about 18 oz/1 pint/(500 ml), some are smaller and some may be larger, but all should last until your next meal.
* I added an asterisk to the filling that was not mixed with a high speed mixer. All the ingredients can be mixed in any blender, but it will be easier to mix if you refrigerate the ingredients overnight. Another option is to pre-roast your own grains, nuts and seeds with your own roaster or coffee grinder.

I chose these fillers because most of them have a neutral flavor, and you’d be surprised how the sweet fruit overpowers the taste of the invader and any greens you add to the smoothie.
