It’s weird that I’ve never been the center of attention in my life. In fact, although I have had setbacks along the way, I have almost achieved all the main goals I set for myself. For example, I have a BA in economics, an MA in economics, an MA in political science, an MBA in finance and capital formation, a law degree, and a doctorate in education from St. Louis University. I have traveled the world 10 times, I have been successful in politics, business and entrepreneurship. But until now I was very stupid about proper nutrition. I know the sad interpretation.

When I started the program, I measured 40 cm around my waist. Today I measure 32 cm around my waist! When I started the program my body fat percentage was 22%, today my body fat percentage has gone from 9% to 7% as the second part of my transformation kicks into full gear.
