Step 2 – You will be sent the meal plan with all your measurements, before photos and meal prep information at least 3-4 days before you plan to start.

At the start of the challenge you will be given a complete 21 day meal plan to help you on your journey, you will be given exercises that can be completed at the gym, at home or your workouts can be done with us. Trainer here at Core Conditioning Studio. That’s why this challenge can be completed anywhere in the world!

You are allowed 1 cheat meal per week where you can get rid of all your cravings and enjoy the guilt!

This challenge will also focus on teaching our soldiers that workouts can fit into even the busiest of days. All challenges will provide a 21-day fat loss workout that focuses on tightening and flattening the mid-section! This quick 15-20 minute workout will come in handy on those crazy days when you don’t have time to go to the gym or exercise when you get home. Even 15 minutes is better than nothing, as long as you make the most of those 15 minutes and choose exercises that best suit your goals – that’s where I come in! I will be providing workouts through my online training app (along with some of the other workouts mentioned above) to ensure you reach your goals during the 21 day challenge.

Meal plans will be sent at least 3-4 days before your challenge starts, so you have plenty of time to meal prep and mentally prepare! Basic meals and snacks are very easy to follow, as well as many substitutions for food allergies or preferences. This meal plan will teach you how to stay healthy and enjoy life and good food โ€” but still lose inches!!!

Yes!! Along with vegetarian meal plans there is information on how to substitute foods you can’t eat for others of the same type ๐Ÿ™‚

Exercise is considered anything that gets your heart rate up and is physically active for at least 15 minutes! If you go for a walk because that’s all you can physically do! If you attend my fitness classes in Surrey BC or take personal training with CORE Conditioning – that’s great! If you go to other fitness classes – that’s okay! If you did one of the online workouts I gave you at home or in your own gym – that’s great! Any type of exercise for 4 days a week will help you conquer this challenge and look amazing after 4 weeks. Now obviously 5 or 6 days a week is fine too! Minimum only 4 days a week!

Yes!! Most of the dinner is very simple (meat and vegetables), but you can easily add pasta, potatoes, etc. For your friend or child, who refuses to do this challenge with you.
