Packaging: I really like it when Mattel deviates from the usual packaging for these exclusive figures. Along with changing the formula a bit, it helps the figure stand out, especially if you’re a MOC collector. Since Brock Lesnar’s Wrestlemania 30 figure has a red and black color scheme, I also appreciate the color change every year. The yellow and gold is really trendy and this is one of the few times I don’t want to reveal the figure.

I also like to focus on a biography that fully explains the importance of this outfit and this moment. Basically, these TRU exclusive numbers are simplified detection moment numbers. . . at a better price.
Likeness: Rollins was a very difficult character for the Mattel sculptors to get right. I think the nose is too narrow, and not being able to capture the look of the hair when it’s standing up ruins the image a bit. However, the close-up likeness is good, but lacks the lazy, gruff expression that Seth was known for during his title run. This restrained and calm expression is more suited to Rollins in the Shield era.
As for the body, the ripped midsection fits well and the arms and shoulders are defined. I wish Mattel would shape the glove so that the wrist part wasn’t just black.
Scale: Seth is 6’1″, so he’s of average height, meaning he looks down on the 7′ Kane and is only slightly taller than the 5’10” Daniel Bryan. Elite 25’s Shield version. I’m talking about the difference in boots.

Color: Unlike previous figures of Rollins, this version has a darker skin tone to better show off his tan.
Mattel still couldn’t paint Rollins’ blonde locks right, as the figure’s right side appears to be covered in a bright yellow stain. I just wish Mattel would find a better way to use paint so the hair doesn’t look cheap with Rollins over the years.
Seth’s “SR” logo is used well, but Mattel didn’t waste the rest of the belt to paint, which is unusual for Mattel. We hope that ignoring such details will not become the norm.
The gold lining along the pantyhose is nice and clean. The knee guards are a bit sloppy, but thankfully the gold is too common, so that’s easy to fix.

Articulation: Seth has typical elite articulation: neck, ball-bearing shoulders, elbows, wrists, torso, waist, hips, thighs, knees, and ankles.
Curb Stomp doesn’t need to be disabled in the figure set, and of course it’s easy to model. Obtaining a pedigree certificate is somewhat difficult, but not impossible.
Addendum: I’d like to challenge the WWE title a little bit because it’s not the flashy version that Daniel Bryan got at Wrestlemania 30, which makes Seth a lot cheaper in comparison. On the plus side, there are red circles painted on the side. It’s not a great version of the WWE title, so guess which one is the best.
The Money in the Bank Case is the same case used by Mattel. If you want to be completely accurate, the case painted on the briefcase is (oddly) yellow instead of brown and usually has no black tint. I think the price of adding another paint app is to blame, but it’s not a big deal if you don’t have a picture to compare it to.

So I could have added his “power jacket” to this figure to make the “Ultimate” Rollins, but I thought Mattel thought two figures were better than one.
Is it worth it? $20, Seth is the same price as the Elite figure in the standard special box. The Elite figures are on sale this week at Toys R Us for $15.99, so if you’re thinking about it, I highly recommend picking one up this week.
Rating: 9.5 out of 10 Blonde locks continue to be an issue with Rollins’ figure, and the curvy detail of the waist makes the figure look a little off. Otherwise, this is the best Rollins figure on sticks right now.
