Banana Smoothie Recipe

My top tip for making a plant-based smoothie is to blend the vegetables thoroughly with a little water and freeze them in ice cubes. If you want to enjoy different smoothies throughout the week, you can prepare an entire tray of spinach or kale. If you do it on the weekend (I usually do it on a Sunday afternoon or evening), you will be on duty for the rest of the week.

I made it with spinach, kale, carrots (tossed in some sugar free coconut flakes) and beets. For bananas and avocados, I peel and dice them and freeze them in Ziploc bags.
